Where and how is my data stored?

Your data is end-to-end encrypted and securely stored in the cloud to ensure it's only accessible by you, it is never used to train any models. Relearn AI is built with security, reliability and compliance at its core. Our platform is built on a SOC II Type 2 certified and HIPAA-compliant backend system with strict data boundaries.

What happens if I reach my plan limits?

To avoid disruptions and ensure you can keep getting accurate answers, you can upgrade to the Pro tier plan with increased limits at any time from your in-app menu.

How do I cancel or pause my paid plan?

Sign in to Relearn AI -> click on your username to open the in-app menu -> go to Subscriptions -> manage my subscription. You will be redirected to a Stripe Customer portal where you can manage your subscription.
